At Hempz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your herbal beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any unused or gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Hempz products in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
